Payment Methods 

When you proceed through the checkout you will finally be prompted to insert payment details, being the choice of a credit card, posting a cheque or a money order. Our software has not caught up with other payment methods but if you were to check "post a money order" then you can complete your order but may utilise the following additional payment methods:-

     1 - Telephone 

Please do not hesitate to contact Christine on 07 41287368 to provide details of details of your credit card over the phone so that we may process your order immediately. When ringing please have your credit card handy and be prepared to provide the credit card number, the cardholders name and the expiry dates.

     2 - Direct Debit

You may wish to direct debit our account at any ANZ branch or through Internet banking. Our bank account details are as follows: -

Please to not forget to fax or e-mail a confirmation to us as this will speed up the processing of your order. Sometimes we recieve direct deposits without them being appropriately identified and this slows up our processing system.

     3 - Credit Card

Credit card purchases over the internet are a secure transaction utilising our online real-time gateway. This will keep your credit card details safe and is now a recognised utilising credit cards.

Alternatively, you can ring us on 0741 287368 and provide your details to us by telephone for immediate processing. Alternatively, you may also forward a fax to us on 0741 286328 setting out your details so we can process your payment immediately. Again, ordering through our website is as secure as a result of our recent installation of special encryption software.

     4 - By Cheque

Please forward your cheque to Apex Supply House, PO Box 5104, TORQUAY, HERVEY BAY QLD 4655. Please attach your invoice number or your details so we can match your cheque up with your order to allow immediate processing.
